At Ladybird Nursery, we want your home to flourish with our plants and decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that live plants are hydrated and fragile home decor is properly cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Nursery

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horticultural team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
