How do you ensure plants stay healthy during shipping?

We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot to prevent movement. Each plant is hydrated before dispatch and shipped via express couriers to minimize time spent in transit.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you provide care instructions with each purchase?

Yes, every order includes a detailed digital care guide specific to the species you purchased, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered our fulfillment process for live plants, we are unable to make changes to ensure the health of the specimens.

Currently, Ladybird Nursery only ships within the continental United States to comply with agricultural regulations and ensure our plants remain fresh and healthy during travel.
