Tropical Pitcher Plant 'Red Beauty' (Nepenthes)
Nepenthes ‘Red Beauty’ is a tropical pitcher plant prized for its deep red pitchers that attract and trap insects, making it a striking feature in indoor collections or shaded outdoor areas. Growing to approximately 30–60cm high and approximately 40–60cm wide, it develops trailing vines with colourful hanging pitchers. Best in bright indirect light, it prefers high humidity, consistently moist but well-drained sphagnum-based mix, and protection from direct harsh sun and strong winds. Use rainwater or filtered water and avoid letting the plant sit in water.
