String of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii)

String of Hearts, or Chain of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii), is a delicate trailing plant loved for its heart-shaped, silver-patterned leaves and cascading growth habit. It is ideal for hanging baskets or shelves, with stems that can trail 1–3 m long when mature. This low-maintenance plant prefers bright, indirect light but will tolerate some gentle sun, and it thrives in well-drained soil. Water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry between watering, as it is drought tolerant once established.
