Purple Cootamundra Wattle (Acacia baileyana ‘Purpurea’)

Acacia baileyana ‘Purpurea’, commonly known as Purple Cootamundra Wattle, is a striking Australian native tree with soft, feathery purple-tinted foliage and bright golden-yellow wattle flowers in late winter to spring. It grows to approximately 6–8 m tall and 4–5 m wide, thriving in full sun and well-drained soil. Ideal as a feature tree or for native gardens, it is drought tolerant once established, can be lightly pruned after flowering to maintain a smaller shape, and delivery is available.
