Olive ‘Saint Helena’ is a hardy, compact olive tree producing small, flavourful fruit ideal for pickling or oil. Named after the historic penal colony on St Helena Island off Brisbane, where an olive orchard was established using this variety, it grows around 3–5m tall and wide (can be pruned smaller). Thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, and is highly drought-tolerant once established—perfect for productive home gardens.
