Jujube 'Ta-Jan'

Jujube ‘Ta-Jan’, also known as Chinese Date or Red Date, is a vigorous, upright tree that produces large, oval-shaped fruit with smooth skin and a sweet, crunchy texture. The fruit ripens from green to reddish-brown and can be enjoyed fresh, dried or cooked. This hardy, drought-tolerant tree grows to around 4 to 6 metres tall and thrives in full sun with well-drained soil. Suited to warm temperate and subtropical climates, ‘Ta-Jan’ is a reliable, low-maintenance addition to home orchards.
