Dwarf Chalk Sticks (Senecio serpens)
Senecio serpens has narrow, finger‑like fleshy leaves in a soft blue‑grey or silvery‑blue hue that give it a powdery, chalky appearance. It stays low‑growing, usually reaching about 15–30 cm tall and spreading 30–60 cm wide, forming a dense, spreading mat or carpet. The plant thrives in full sun or part shade and grows best in well‑draining soil. It is very drought tolerant and only needs occasional watering once established. Senecio serpens brings cool, subtle colour and a neat groundcover look to rock gardens, containers or dry landscapes.
Supplied in a 140mm pot.
